  2. The purpose of the association is to preserve and promote traditional and modern martial arts in their cultural, humanist and educational form. It sees itself as a martial arts club with a particular focus on self-defence and the further development of physical and mental aspects in the sense of traditional karate. Its activity is directed in particular at selflessly benefiting the general public. This is ensured by establishing a Dōjō with traditional and modern training equipment, which is at the same time to be furnished as a clubhouse. Furthermore, cultural events and the possibility of organising joint excursions (to tournaments, sports events, seminars and training camps) shall fall under this purpose.
  3. The association acts selflessly; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

  6. Funds of the association may only be used for purposes in accordance with the statutes. Non-tax-privileged activities of the association are excluded.

  3. Exclusion may only take place for good cause. Good causes are in particular:
    • culpable conduct damaging the aims of the association,
    • breach of duties under the statutes,
    • fee arrears of at least three months despite a written reminder and warning of exclusion.
  4. The board decides on exclusion. The member may appeal against the exclusion to the general meeting in order to state their position. The appeal must be addressed to the board in writing within one month, and the meeting decides finally within the association. The member retains the right to have the measure reviewed by an ordinary court. Recourse to an ordinary court has suspensive effect until the court decision becomes final.

The letter of invitation is deemed to have been received by the members if it was addressed to the last address notified to the association. The agenda is to be supplemented if a member requests this in writing no later than one week before the scheduled date. The supplement is to be announced at the beginning of the meeting.
