Membership application

Application for membership with fee regulations and bank details for the membership fee. For minors, at least one parent or guardian signs.

Consent: data protection and photos

Information on data processing and voluntary consent to the publication of photos and videos (website, club media, social media, press). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

How it works: Print out the forms, fill them in, sign them and bring them to training.
